- En un bol colocamos la carne, con un huevo, sal, los condimentos y un poco de pan rallado.
- Integramos todos los ingredientes. A ensuciarse las manos! 😂
- Una vez integrados los ingredientes, formamos bolitas (del tamaño que se desee). Yo las hice medianas. ATENCIÓN! De acuerdo con el tamaño de las albóndigas es el tiempo que tardarán en cocinarse.
- Rebozamos las bolitas en pan rallado.
- En otro recipiente colocamos un huevo y un chorrito de leche e integramos la mezcla. Las bolitas las pasamos por dicha mezcla y volvemos a rebozar.
- Ya están listas para cocinarse!! Yo las hice en aceite a temperatura media baja, las fui girando a medida que se tornaban doradas y las termine de cocinar en la salsa (unos 15 min mezclando constantemente). Salen riquísimas y son fáciles de hacer!!
