  7. En una olla amplia antiadherente o teflón, dorar la cebolla con el aceite y la hoja de laurel. Luego agregar los tomates, el orégano, perejil, azúcar y salpimentar a gusto. Mezclar y cocinar hasta que hierva un par de minutos. Luego bajar el fuego.
  8. Ahora, colocamos en la salsa, las albóndigas sin apilar. Tapar la olla y cocinar en fuego mínimo 15 minutos (Yo las di vuelta a los 10 minutos pero no es imprescindible).¡Listo!
  9. TIP: cuando mezclen la carne cruda con los ingredientes NO usar cuchara, porque no se integran bien, entonces después se abren al cocinarlas.
