- Una vez que tengas el caldo suficiente agrega las papas y las zanahorias y dejamos que se suavicen un poco mientras hacemos las alb贸ndigas
- Colamos el arroz y lo mezclamos con la carne y formamos las bolitas del tama帽o que deseen, pero tratar de hacer todas del mismo tama帽o para que sea una cocci贸n pareja

- Conforme las vamos haciendo las vamos metiendo al caldo, una vez que termines con la carne, moderamos la flama a media, agregamos las hojas de laurel y chiles verdes enteros si te agradan y dejamos por unos 40 min o m谩s dependiendo el tama帽o de las alb贸ndigas
